The board is working with our HOA management company and a towing company toΒ implement a process to monitor the parking lot for unauthorized use and will likely begin enforcement no later than Monday, April 6th.Β All home owners should expect to recieve a letter in the mail and an email blast with more details shortly.
To ensure our amenities remain accessible and the community stays organized, please observe the following rules for the clubhouse parking lot:
Active Amenities Use Only: Parking is strictly for residents and guests currently using the clubhouse, pool, or playground.
Not a Driveway Extension: The lot is not to be used for regular or overflow parking for personal vehicles that do not fit in your driveway.
No "Park and Ride": Using the lot for carpooling or leaving vehicles while off-site is prohibited.
Prohibited Vehicles: No storage of trailers, boats, campers, or commercial vehicles.
RED Short-Term Spaces: The four RED outlined spaces are reserved for temporary resident use only (up to 7 days).
Unauthorized vehicles are subject to towing at the ownerβs expense.

Dear Homeowners,
Please be advised that the parking lines in the pool parking lot will be repainted soon. In preparation for this work, all vehicles must be removed from the pool parking lot within 24 hours of this notice.
To allow the contractor to complete the work without interruption, the parking lot must remain completely clear.
Important Reminder:
Any vehicles remaining in the pool parking lot after the 24-hour period will be towed at the ownerβs expense.
Towing services will be provided by The Towing Service (864-420-4045).
Towing signs for this company will be posted at the pool parking lot as soon as they are received.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping ensure the work can be completed quickly and efficiently.
